Dexter is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead for the Springfield Distribution Center in Missouri. You will lead and support warehouse associates, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires 2+ years in warehouse or distribution, experience supervising a team, and familiarity with WMS and RF scanners. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs and uphold safety policies while collaborating with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Communicate shift updates and collaborate with supervisors

The 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead supports daily warehouse operations at the Springfield Distribution Center to ensure efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory accuracy. This hands‑on leadership role helps drive productivity, maintain safety standards, and support team performance in a fast‑paced distribution environment.
