Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies in Milan, OH, is seeking a Production Lead for 1st shift. You will assign tasks, train and evaluate team members, and ensure safe, efficient production that meets daily goals.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and clear communication with the team and management. A high school diploma is required; leadership experience and proficiency with SAP, Excel and Word are preferred, with Green Belt certification a plus.

• Lead by example, promoting a positive workplace culture characterized by teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
• Communicate business updates and directives to the team in a clear and professional manner.
• Report work results, concerns, and improvement ideas to senior management, contributing to overall organizational improvement.
• Provide support and backup to team members and colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the production department.
