Job summary

Taylor Logistics Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead for our Ohio warehouse in Hamilton. This position supports the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure high productivity and accuracy across operations.

The successful candidate will be versatile enough to assist in the department with the greatest need, act as head trainer for warehouse staff, and serve as acting shipping/receiving clerk when required. Proficiency with RF guns and knowledge of GDPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of GDPs (Good Distribution Practices).
• Ability to step in as shipping/receiving clerk when needed.

• Versatile to support the department that needs help the most.
• Complete knowledge of company GDPs.
• Checks inbound/outbound freight for errors, damage, correctness.
• Assists in arranging product within the warehouse.
• RF gun expert and able to handle tough situations on the floor.
• Head trainer to warehouse operators.
• Advocates for and supports all employees including new employees.
• Should know all processes on the floor and be able to step in as shipping/receiving clerk.
