Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting daily activities like order picking, receiving, inventory replenishment, and loading.
• Monitoring shift workflow and adjusting task assignments to meet performance goals.
• Acting as a go-to resource and mentor for warehouse associates.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed and promoting a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicating shift performance and operational updates with the Distribution Supervisor.
• Supporting inventory control through cycle counts and replenishment efforts.
• Identifying process improvements to boost productivity and service.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience (pick/pack, inventory, or shipping).
• Experience leading or mentoring teams (formal or informal leadership).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Comfort with basic computer systems (WMS and Microsoft Office). Experience with Epicor P21 a plus.
• Forklift/pallet jack certified or experienced preferred.
• A safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and cross-functional tasks.
