Job summary

Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 1st shift in Beloit, WI to oversee daily warehouse operations and staff. You will ensure safety, sanitation, and on-time execution of tasks in a climate-controlled environment.

The role requires forklift or pallet jack experience and familiarity with RF inventory systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Directing the work activities of employees as directed by Supervisor.

• Maintain exceptional sanitation and food safety standards.
• Monitor breaks and lunches and manage housekeeping.
• Cover for Supervisors during vacations and PTO.

Based in Milwaukee, WI, we operate the largest fresh 48 state LTL consolidation pool with more than 100+ trucks, and offer multiple sites with cooler, and air-conditioned storage, distribution and cross-docking services. General Accountabilities include:

• Directing the work activities of employees as directed by Supervisor
• Training of employees

• Fair and professional treatment of all associates
• Monitoring breaks and lunches
• Controlling housekeeping activities
• Expected to help cover for the Supervisors vacation and PTO

• Working together as with management team

Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma ( or equivalent)
• Experience Operating Forklift or Pallet Jacks
• Previous Experience with RF Controlled Inventory Systems
