Midwest Refrigerated Services is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the Beloit, WI area to oversee 1st shift operations. Starting pay is $21/hr with a full-time schedule in a fast-paced refrigerated warehouse.

The role requires directing daily activities, training staff, and ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliance. This position supports management, covers for vacations, and contributes to team success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Experience Operating Forklift or Pallet Jacks.
• Experience with RF controlled inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct work activities of employees as directed by Supervisor.
• Train employees for roles and processes.
• Provide input on disciplinary issues.
• Maintain exceptional sanitation standards.
• Comply with Food Safety / Food Defense protocols.
• Treat all associates fairly and professionally.
• Monitor breaks and lunches for staff.
• Control housekeeping activities in the facility.
• Assist in covering Supervisor vacations and PTO.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist with CSR functions.
• Collaborate with management team.
