MSI Express, INC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage the flow of materials in and out of the facility and ensure accurate material delivery to production areas. This role supervises material handlers and maintains accurate inventory records.

The successful candidate will coordinate raw materials, organize the warehouse, and ensure compliance with GMP standards while performing data entry and forklift-related tasks as required.

Qualificações

• Experience in warehouse or materials handling preferred.
• Familiar with GMP/compliance practices.
• Ability to perform forklift checks and basic maintenance routines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate raw materials across the facility.
• Organize the warehouse and maintain knowledge of product locations.
• Deliver materials to production areas as needed.
• Prepare Bills of Lading.
• Receive incoming materials and document receipts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform pre-maintenance forklift checks.
• Enter data into the system.
• Oversee Material Handlers responsibilities.
• Create raw material tags, receivers, and FIFO records.
• Ensure GMP compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

ROLE PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY

The Shift/Department Warehouse Lead will have the responsibility for all materials entering and leaving the facility and the delivery of correct materials to and from production areas and the placement of all materials in the production and warehouse areas.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The coordination of raw materials.
• The organization of the warehouse and knowledge of products location.
• The delivery of needed materials to production area.
• Preparing Bills of Lading.
• Receiving of incoming materials and documenting.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Pre-Maintenance check on forklift.
• Data Entry.
• Overseeing the Material Handlers responsibilities.
• Making raw material tags, receivers, and FIFO’s.
• Comply with all GMP’s
• All other duties as assigned
