Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage the movement of materials and ensure timely delivery to production areas. You will optimize warehouse layout and maintain accurate inventory locations.

The role requires hands-on coordination of raw materials, forklift readiness, data entry, and adherence to GMP standards. You will also handle receiving, tagging, FIFO processes, and oversee Material Handlers to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating warehouse materials and inventory.
• Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines and receipt/dispatch processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate raw materials flow and ensure correct material delivery to production.
• Organize warehouse space and maintain accurate product locations.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and document incoming materials.
• Load/unload trucks and perform pre-maintenance forklift checks.
• Oversee Material Handlers and enforce FIFO tagging and receivers.

ROLE PURPOSE / POSITION SUMMARY

The Shift/Department Warehouse Lead will have the responsibility for all materials entering and leaving the facility and the delivery of correct materials to and from production areas and the placement of all materials in the production and warehouse areas.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The coordination of raw materials.
• The organization of the warehouse and knowledge of products location.
• The delivery of needed materials to production area.
• Preparing Bills of Lading.
• Receiving of incoming materials and documenting.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Pre-Maintenance check on forklift.
• Data Entry.
• Overseeing the Material Handlers responsibilities.
• Making raw material tags, receivers, and FIFO’s.
• Comply with all GMP’s All other duties as assigned.
