Where you’ll work…

This position is based at our Jefferson, WI facility—one of our growing production locations supporting Palermo’s industry-leading pizza brands.

When you’ll work…

We are currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to join 1st shift team: 7am-3:30pm

What you’ll do…

• Lead and train the warehouse team
• Ensure safety, food quality, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and support your team to meet production goals.
• Monitor workflow, audit processes, and implement improvements.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Powered Industrial Truck rules and safety.
