Delavan Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to supervise and motivate a team responsible for picking, packing and scanning orders. You will drive efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction while enforcing safety policies and company rules.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and solid warehouse experience. You will coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager and ensure orders are shipped on time in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years warehouse experience; lead experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred; ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Warehouse Associates to perform daily tasks.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule.
  • Receive, unload, label, store stock and maintain inventory controls.
  • Keep quality standards high for audits and maintain safety.
  • Communicate with supervisors and coordinate order tracking.
  • Produce reports for managers on orders and projections.
  • Solve issues to keep productivity and timely shipping.

Description

The Warehouse Team Lead responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders knowledge but the ability to motivate and encourage a team to ensure that all work is completed in a positive way. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction by committing to working hard, being reliable and punctual, supporting the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in leading the team, effectively communicating company updates while following G10's safety and company policies.

KEY RESULT AREA
  • Lead a team of Warehouse Associates to ensure the teams responsibilities are carried on a daily basis.
  • Lead with empathy, compassion while following company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Complete diary logs into inventory
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and warehouse associates
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with Geneva Supply’s safety policies and procedures
  • The ability to effectively write reports in order to update the Warehouse Managers on the tracking of all orders and projection for future orders
  • Effectively problem solve issues that arise so that the warehouse associates can continue to be productive, ensuring orders are shipped on time
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to motivate others in a positive way.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the warehouse leaders.

Requirements
