Responsibilities

• Provide daily coaching and guidance to the warehouse team.

• Serve as the primary contact for Procurement and Finance, handling data entry for inventory and invoices.
• Enforce safety, GMP, and SQF policies to maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Identify opportunities to improve business, report equipment needs, collaborate with Quality and Production.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for logistics? As our Lead Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of the warehouse floor, driving productivity and coaching a high-performing team. You won’t just be overseeing operations; you’ll be working side-by-side with your colleagues to ensure we deliver excellence every day. This role is a vital link between our management and our frontline, where your initiative and expertise directly impact our success.

_ Shifts Available: _

• _ Wednesday to Saturday - 7:00am to 5:30pm _
• _ Friday to Monday - 7:00am to 5:30pm _

You will…

• Provide daily coaching and guidance to the warehouse team, ensuring every member has the tools and instructions to succeed.
• Coordinate door availability for drivers and manage the equitable distribution of workloads to hit our productivity goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Procurement and Finance, handling essential data entry for inventory and produce invoices.
• Enforce and follow all safety, GMP, and SQF policies to maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
• identify opportunities to better the business, reporting on equipment needs and collaborating across departments like Quality and Production.

You have…

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets with strong data entry skills.
• Ability to express ideas clearly, tactfully, and professionally with all levels of the organization.

Work Environment

This is a full time role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (temperatures range from 10-40 degrees). You’ll be on your feet for 10-12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and ensuring our operations stay on track. If you’re ready to lead a team that makes an impact, we want to hear from you!
