Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Colorado to receive goods, verify condition, and move materials to the correct production areas. You will manage incoming deliveries, maintain FIFO practices, and prepare items for outbound transport.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, recording inventory, and supporting shipping. A valid forklift certification, basic math, and HS diploma are required, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English and follow verbal instructions.
• Licensed forklift truck operator, preferably Crown or Raymond stand-up lift.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions).

Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey materials safely and efficiently.
• Process received goods and supplies for production/storage.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety of received goods per procedures.
• Report defective materials or conditions to supervisor.
• Assist in shipping and warehouse areas as needed.
• Enforce safety, GMP and SQF policies.
• Maintain FIFO to ensure proper material rotation.
• Stock production materials daily and shrink wrap pallets as needed.

Job description

The Warehouse Associate receives in product for day’s production, checks environmental condition of delivery trucks to ensure they are up to HelloFresh standards, processes BOL’s (Bill of Lading) and PO’s. The Warehouse Associate also picks product from inventory as needed, delivers items to appropriate production area and makes adjustments in computer. The Warehouse Associate prepares completed product for transport by outside carriers.

• _ Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00am-5:30pm _
• _ Thursday to Sunday - 7:00am-5:30pm _
• _ Wednesday to Saturday - 7:00am-5:30pm _
• _ Thursday to Sunday - 7:00pm-5:30am _

You will …

• Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas in a safe and timely manner.
• Process received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and safety of received goods by following the company’s defined procedures to inspect both the truck and materials
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Assist in the shipping and warehouse areas as needed
• Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action
• Enforce and follow all safety, GMP and SQF policies/procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and safety of received goods by following the company’s defined procedures to ensure FIFO protocols are followed.
• Ensure the proper stocking of all production materials needed for the production line on a daily basis.
• Shrink wraps pallets either manually or utilizing automation in preparation of shipment.
• Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action

You are…

• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Are able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects and/or tools.
• Able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision.
• Able to communicate, both verbally and in writing in English, effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Are able stand, walk, stoop, reach and lift for a minimum of 10 to 12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work in a cold prep area kept at 35 degrees

At a minimum, you have…

• Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
• Licensed forklift truck operator, preferable Crown or Raymond stand-up lift.
• Additional Eligibility Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to count and have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions).
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Highschool diploma or GED
