The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) ASDD division in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a team in a fast-paced shredding and data destruction environment. This non-driver role works Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3pm, with a strong emphasis on safety, security, and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related work experience.
• Have, or be able to obtain a forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and efficient warehouse operations to meet deadlines.
• Provide support to warehouse staff when the Supervisor is unavailable.
• Maintain adherence to security protocols and safety standards.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A WAREHOUSE LEAD?

Assuring timely and efficient operations to fulfill deadlines, adhering to security protocols, and providing support to all warehouse staff are critical responsibilities of our Warehouse Lead. This position fills in when the Supervisor is unavailable.
