Jazwares in Sumner, WA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to direct daily warehouse operations, assign work, supervise picking, receiving and replenishment, and ensure order accuracy while driving safety and efficiency.
You will coach staff, manage shift coverage, and coordinate with the area manager while maintaining WMS knowledge and safety programs. The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience and forklift certification, with occasional overtime and travel between sites.
As a Warehouse Lead, you will direct daily warehouse operations and lead a team to ensure all goals and operational objectives are met. In this role, you will assign daily work, supervise picking, receiving, and replenishment, and organize outgoing orders to maintain high accuracy. You will identify areas for operational improvement, update work procedures, maintain warehouse equipment, enforce safety programs, and resolve cross-departmental issues. Maintaining high visibility on the floor, you will lead by example, coach and mentor staff, and work closely with management to drive team performance and overall operational excellence.

The hourly range for this position is $21.62 to 21.82per hour. The base compensation may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
