As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee material handling, inventory management, and team leadership, ensuring safety compliance and meeting project deadlines. This role is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

What You Will Do

• Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of materials for solar projects.
• Conduct inventory audits and maintain organized warehouse operations.
• Coordinate shipments and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise team performance, enforce safety standards, and conduct safety training.
• Implement workflow improvements and manage equipment maintenance.
• Report performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Lift and move materials up to 30 lbs.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in warehouse management or logistics.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in warehouse operations, preferably in renewable energy or construction.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP).
• Experience operating material handling equipment safely.
