Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Lead in the shipping department to guide operations, prepare products for shipment, and maintain a high standard of service. This on-site role emphasizes process improvement and a customer‑focused culture.

You will oversee staff, train teammates, and work with the logistics team to meet daily targets. A comprehensive benefits package applies from Day 1 of full-time employment.

• 2+ years of experience operating a forklift.

Job Description

Join our shipping and receiving team and use your previous knowledge to help guide the shipping department to success as a Lead in the department. Properly prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements. Transport material internally. Execute standard procedures and assist logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time. Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment. Assist to build a best‑in‑class service culture by driving positive customer satisfaction. We offer a full benefits package that full‑time employees are eligible for on day 1.

Hiring Salary Range: The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $20.78 to $29.14 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, ADI determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
