Job summary

ADI Global Distribution in Austell, GA is seeking a shipping/receiving associate to accurately receive materials, pick and pack orders with RF scanners, and ship goods according to specifications. You will support continuous improvement and help deliver a best-in-class service culture.

Candidates should have 1+ year shipping/receiving, be able to lift up to 25-50-75 lbs, and be legally authorized to work in the US. forklift and RF scanner experience are valued, with full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and/or receiving.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Job description

Join our shipping & receiving team and use your knowledge to ensure you properly receive incoming material; maintain accurate accountability of receiving, additions and deletions for materials from the record. Prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements. Transport material internally. Execute standard procedures and assist Logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time. Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment. Assist to build a best-in-class service culture by driving positive Customer satisfaction. We offer a full benefits package that full-time employees are eligible for on day 1.

JOB DUTIES:

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and/or receiving

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
