Pay Rate:

$20.00/hour

Schedule:

2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily team operations.
2. Assign tasks and monitor performance.
3. Communicate issues to management.
4. Enforce safety protocols.
5. Support an efficient and productive work environment using basic computer systems.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to remain objective, act as a liaison to management, and promote a safety-first mindset.
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed.
