Job description

Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure all warehouse functions are completed efficiently. Assign work to warehouse associates to meet company and customer standards for service, quality, safety, and productivity.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, assign, and oversee the work of warehouse associates within designated areas.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with appropriate corrective actions promptly.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities such as loading, unloading, forklift operation, and product relocation.
• Conduct and document daily inspections, including equipment and trailer inspections.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for compliance, noting any discrepancies or quality issues.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service teams.
• Provide coaching and feedback to warehouse associates.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• Complete assigned projects as directed.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F / -25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F / 37°C in dry storage, wearing appropriate PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs / 18 kg, with weight depending on the facility.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary.
• Comfortable working in noisy environments.
