Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the DC Supervisor in shipping, receiving, picking, packing, moving and storing inventory. The role requires forklift operation, supervision of assigned areas, and training of hourly staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary: The Warehouse Lead’s primary responsibility is supporting the DC Supervisor by overseeing and participating in the shipping, receiving, picking, packing, moving, and storing of Warehouse inventory. This individual may be responsible for records, selected reports, or serve as lead over one or more assigned areas of the Warehouse. This position works closely with the department on activities relating to, but is not limited to open orders, material handling, cycle counting, repacking, housekeeping, and training new employees. You must have the ability to problem-solve, comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. To ensure your success you need the ability to follow instructions and operate a forklift or other material handling equipment.

Major Responsibilities

• Motivates the team and ensures that work is assigned and openly communicates with team members.
• Delegates tasks and removes obstacles and addresses or escalates issues.
• Scheduling for picking
• Scheduling for packing
• Communicating priorities for shifts
• Ordering supplies
• Oversees end‑to‑end warehouse operations; ensure products are accurately picked, processed, and shipped on schedule; and allocates labor and resources as needed to meet operational goals
• Works with supervisors and management team to ensure that goals and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Processes continuous dock flow including container, cross dock, LTL shipments, returns and stocking.
• Uses an RF scanner and/or computer to enter records and record data.
• Marks materials with identifying information.
• Drives forklift (reach truck, Order Picker, Turret Truck, Pallet Jack, Sit Down, etc.) to Pick/Pack and transport items.
• Prepares parcels for shipping.
• Stage Pallets.
• Performs cycle counts.
• Loads and unloads vehicles.
• Provides ongoing training for new and experienced hourly associates to strengthen cross‑functional capabilities
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education / Experience / Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2-year experience driving Forklift
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in a production or warehouse environment

• Strong critical reasoning skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
• Strong Math Skills (Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide, Fractions, Decimals)

• Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally more

Language

• English (Spanish/English) a plus

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• This position is done in a Warehouse environment typically indoors but may require access to outdoors for work at times.
• This position requires the ability to drive a forklift: Reach Truck, Order Picker and/or Turret Truck.
• This position requires the ability to work at heights of 25 feet or more secured by a harness.
• The position requires a person to be able to frequently walk, stand, bend and twist;
• see, hear, and talk;
• use fingers and hands, handle or feel controls or product;
• use hands and arms to reach, hold and carry product.
• Frequently lifts and moves items weighing up to 35 lbs.; occasionally lifts items up to 50 lbs. or more.
• This position also requires a person to handle different temperatures as the Warehouse is hot in the summer and cooler in the winter.
• This position may also require a person to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.
