Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory control.
• Experience with inventory/warehouse management software and basic Excel.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and acceptable driving record (MVR check required).
• Strong attention to detail with counts and serial numbers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store equipment; match shipments to purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, and ship equipment to clients and field technicians.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and serial-number tracking.
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, and RMAs with carriers and internal teams.
• Manage vehicle check-in/check-out, mileage, and fuel cards.
• Schedule fleet maintenance and repairs with approved service vendors.
• Serve as facilities lead; coordinate HVAC, janitorial, and security with vendors.
• Assist with office moves and supplies management.

Warehouse Lead (Fleet & Facilities)

cloudIT Phoenix, AZ In-Office Full-Time $19 to $21/hr

Every laptop, switch, and firewall cloudIT deploys to a client passes through our warehouse first. That is where great service starts. We are a growing Technology Service Provider based in the Phoenix Metro area, delivering outsourced IT, cloud, and managed security services to business clients across 10 states and 3 countries. We are looking for an organized, dependable Warehouse Lead to keep our equipment moving, our vehicles on the road, and our headquarters running smoothly.

About the Role

As Warehouse Lead at cloudIT, you will run shipping, receiving, and inventory for the technical equipment our engineers deploy every day, while also owning our company fleet and facilities. You will work on-site at our Phoenix headquarters alongside our Purchasing team. This role is equal parts organizer, coordinator, and problem solver. One hour you are receiving a pallet of equipment, the next you are scheduling a van for service, and after that you are meeting a vendor about an HVAC issue.

What You Will Do

Warehouse and Inventory

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming equipment and match shipments to purchase orders
• Pick, pack, and ship equipment to clients, field technicians, and satellite offices
• Keep inventory accurate through cycle counts, reconciliation, and serial number tracking
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse where every item is easy to find
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, and RMAs with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Partner with Purchasing to flag low stock and prepare in/out, stock level, and dead stock reports

Fleet Management

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs with approved service vendors
• Manage vehicle check-in and check-out, mileage, and fuel cards
• Track registrations and insurance renewals and follow up on any vehicle damage or accidents

Facilities

• Serve as the go-to contact for facilities needs at headquarters and satellite offices
• Coordinate with landlords and vendors for HVAC, janitorial, pest control, and security
• Manage office and breakroom supplies, parking, building access, and waste and e-waste disposal
• Support office moves, desk setups, and minor maintenance tasks

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory control
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management software and basic Excel
• Valid Arizona driver's license and an acceptable driving record (MVR check required)
