Job summary

Mucci Farms seeks a Warehouse Lead for its Pharr, TX location. This full-time role serves as the day-to-day operations lead, coordinating between warehouse staff and Corporate Headquarters to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipment of produce.

You will own inventory processes, monitor stock levels, supervise hourly staff, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role requires 3–5+ years in operations or distribution, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day operations lead and primary point of contact between the warehouse operation and Corporate Headquarters
• Monitor and maintain visibility of all produce inventory and commodities within the warehouse
• Own inventory process, metrics, and actions linked to inventory management
• Ensure the highest levels of internal customer service to avoid delaying product stability while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Perform urgent reactive / high accuracy count verifications in the warehouse
• Oversee receiving & shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of receipts and shipments
• Coordinate pallet de-stacking and re-stacking based on customer orders, ensuring correct product, quantities, and pallet configuration for shipment
• Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies
• Escalate grower quality concerns affecting produce and work with commodities, procurement/supply to initiate corrective actions
• Perform QA inspections on inbound and outbound product utilizing the Clarifresh platform
• Guide, train, schedule and delegate base work responsibilities to hourly staff

Type of Employment: Full-Time, permanent, 6-days a week, (Monday – Saturday)

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
