Job summary

Mucci Farms Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Laborer to support inventory control, receiving and shipping, and QA in Pharr, TX. The role focuses on maintaining product stability, accuracy, and timely fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

We require 3–5+ years in operations or distribution, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. This is a full-time, six-days-a-week, on-site position emphasizing safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain visibility of all produce inventory and commodities within the warehouse.
• Own inventory process, metrics, and actions linked to inventory management.
• Ensure highest levels of internal customer service to avoid delays and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform urgent reactive / high-accuracy count verifications in the warehouse.
• Oversee receiving & shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of receipts and shipments.
• Coordinate and execute pallet de-stacking and re-stacking per customer orders.
• Prepare correct product, quantities, and pallet configuration for shipment.
• Determine trends to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Escalate grower quality concerns and initiate corrective actions with relevant teams.

Title: Warehouse Laborer
Reports to: Director of Operational Execution

Based at: 10201 S Jackson Rd, Pharr, TX

Type of Employment: Full-Time, permanent, 6-days a week (Monday - Saturday)

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Monitor and maintain visibility of all produce inventory and commodities within the warehouse.
• Own inventory process, metrics, and actions linked to inventory management
• Ensuring the highest levels of internal customer service to avoid delaying product stability while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Performing urgent reactive / high accuracy count verifications in the warehouse
• Responsible for overseeing receiving & shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of receipts and shipments
• Coordinate and execute pallet de-stacking and re-stacking as required based on customer orders, ensuring the correct product, quantities, and pallet configuration are prepared for shipment.
• Determine trends and common patterns to identify root cases of inventory discrepancies.
• Escalating grower quality concerns affecting produce and working with Lead, commodities, procurement /supply to initiate corrective actions.
• Performs QA inspections on inbound and outbound product utilizing the Clarifresh platform

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Physical Abilities:

• Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs.
• Must be able to lift material regularly up to 30 lbs; and occasionally up to 50lbs
• Must be able to climb stairs and stand on feet for an extended period of time
