Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Old Bridge, NJ. You will support supervisors, lead a small team of associates in receiving, picking, and packing, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, leadership potential, strong organization and communication, willingness to overtime, and familiarity with scanners or WMS. Mandarin skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience; prior team lead or unofficial leadership experience preferred.
