TVH Group in Olathe, KS is seeking a Forklift Operator on full-time, 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Mon–Fri). The role focuses on operating forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, and other equipment to support distribution center functions, while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered. Requirements include 18+, English proficiency, a high school diploma or GED (or 1 year relevant experience), data-entry ability, and current forklift certification.

Responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, turret truck, and other Powered Industrial Equipment to perform various distribution center functions.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy.

This will involve:

• Operate forklift and/or other Powered Industrial Equipment to transport, organize, stage, replenish, pull, put away, consolidate, load/unload, and/or package materials.
• Meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy goals
• Use repetitive motions; walk and stand; use hands and arms to reach, feel, grasp, finger, lift, push and pull from floor lever to overhead. Required to; stoop, kneel, crouch, sit and climb or balance. Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 75 pounds.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

You must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur.You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally. Team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.
