As a Warehouse Lead, you are a vital part of the operations team, ensuring inventory management and excellent customer service. You will utilize systems to ensure timely order fulfillment and strive to provide the best customer experience. Job Summary

Compensation: $21.25 - $26.59 / hour

The Warehouse Lead assists DC management in warehouse operations including order fulfillment, customer deliveries, warehouse organization, inventory maintenance, and training staff.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Place orders via computer sales order process
• Pull materials to fill orders using pick tickets
• Verify accuracy of pulled goods against sales orders
• Support delivery of goods to customer sites using company vehicles
• Confirm delivery details with customers before dispatch
• Load and unload goods safely at each site
• Ensure loads are secured for transport
• Receive and store replenishment materials
• Record damaged goods and notify management
• Maintain clear and safe warehouse passages
• Report unsafe conditions immediately
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Fulfill driver duties as needed
• Follow safety regulations and participate in safety training
• Support warehouse operations alongside DC Manager
• Perform other beneficial duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills

• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrappers

• Ability to train others

Education And/or Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4+ years’ experience in warehouse operations preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Meet all DOT, State, and legal requirements
