Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader in Middlesex, NJ to support supervisors and directly guide a small group of associates. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, train staff on SOPs, and drive efficient workflows while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience with leadership potential, strong organization and communication skills, and willingness to work overtime. Mandarin language skills are required in this role.
