What you’ll do with “Our Support and Your Experience”

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, lead support for efficient shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, materials and equipment.

• Performs monthly cycle counts, quarterly and annual inventory counts and reconciliation. Responsible for inventory control including access to inventory area and min/max on approved inventory items.

• Responsible for receiving and shipping parts in an efficient manner.
• Provides project and service support to field colleagues and supports office colleagues as needed.
• May provide support for fleet and facilities management programs.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Customer service and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Microsoft D365 is a plus

Requirements

Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• 1-3 years relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation
• Forklift certification
