Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct and applicable laws.* Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.* Other duties may be assigned## ## What You'll Bring: ## Education High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Associates degree preferred. ## Skills/Experience * Ability to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI principles and activities in a logistics environment* Intermediate computer skills* Ability to interpret data and create useful information* Ability to root cause analyze and apply appropriate countermeasures to correct anomalies* Basic leadership skills* Intermediate customer service skills* Ability to lift and/or move miscellaneous equipment and product weighing up to 50 pounds frequently and over 100 pounds occasionally* Greater than 5 years experience in a Logistics Supervisorial Position preferred.## Travel Travel is not required. **Safety-Sensitive Position Notice:** This position has been designated as safety-sensitive.
