Job summary

Batesville Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day RDC activities and manage the warehouse team to load/unload trucks, audit inventory, and support the Customer Service Center as needed. The role requires 5+ years in a logistics supervisory position, a High School Diploma (Associates preferred), LEAN/CI knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
  • LEAN or CI knowledge is required or preferred.
  • Strong data interpretation and problem-solving abilities expected.
  • Experience leading a warehouse/ logistics team is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds; willingness for physical work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day RDC operations and supervise the warehouse team.
  • Manage load/unload of trucks and inventory reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service Center to ensure excellent service.
  • Schedule maintenance and monitor RDC equipment performance.
  • Ensure safety compliance with DOT/OSHA and company policies.
