Overview

This position assists the Inventory Control Manager with warehouse order processing. Responsibilities include pulling and checking orders, maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness, and adapting work schedules based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

What you will need:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass pre-employment screening, background check, and drug test.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective communication with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
• Physical ability to lift over 60 pounds, stand for long periods, climb stairs/ladders, and bend or carry products.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and order selectors.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Management experience supervising 4+ people.

How you will make an impact:

• Manage product replenishment, shipments, and documentation.
• Update and communicate process changes within the branch system.
• Serve as the primary contact between the distribution center and branch warehouse.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through accurate inventory and order processing.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Supervise product selection, transfer, packaging, and shipment accuracy.
• Ensure inventory and shipment records are accurate in the system.
• Collaborate with management on process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
