Job summary

Performance Team in Groveport, OH is seeking Warehouse Associate Leads for a first shift role. The position offers a direct hire path, a 4-day work week, and a starting pay of $22.00 per hour.

The team handles receiving, storing and distributing materials, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. You will lead a group of 10+ employees, read schedules and orders, move items between receiving, storage, and shipping areas, and prepare pallets for packing and dispatch.

We are seeking Warehouse Associate Leads in Groveport, OH!

Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm

Summary

Receives, stores, and distributes material and products withinwarehouseby performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.
• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisitiontodetermineitemsto be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according topredeterminedsequencesuchas size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers orassemblyline.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Marks materialswithidentifyinginformationsuch as labels.
• Recordsamountsofmaterials or items received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items for distributionwithinplanttoensure conformance to company standards.
• Arranges product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.

Responsibilities

Leads a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation. Responsibilities includeabilityto lead,motivateand direct team efforts while informing department supervisor of problems or potential problems that require immediate attention.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PayRange

$22.00 per hour

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
