Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a 10+ person team in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Edgerton, WY. You will read schedules, assign tasks, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining TSA/OSHA safety standards.

The role emphasizes team leadership, operational excellence, and adherence to safety guidelines in a dynamic distribution setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
  • Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.
  • Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment per TSA/OSHA guidelines.

Summary:

Receives, stores, and distributes material and products within warehouse by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.
  • Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jacks, etc.
  • Read and follow detailed and defined instructions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure safe and secure work environment including all TSA and OSHA guidelines
  • Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
  • Marks materials with identifying information such as labels.
  • Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
  • Arranges product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
  • Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Leads a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation. Responsibilities include ability to lead, motivate and direct team efforts while informing department supervisor of problems or potential problems that require immediate attention.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range: $23.00 an hour Bonus Eligible!
