Ruan is seeking a full-time on-site Warehouse Lead in Greencastle, PA. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, reporting to the Supervisor and leading a team of operators to maintain smooth workflow and safety. You will coordinate material flow and work closely with fleet dispatch to handle schedule changes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Warehouse Operations, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to coach staff while upholding company values and policies.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1-2 years in Warehouse Operations.
• Must demonstrate integrity and alignment with guiding principles.

• Provide leadership to the team through effective communications, coaching, appraising, and recognizing; supervise staff as needed.
• Promote safety and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure work is available for operators and complete tasks on time.
• Direct the flow of material (inbound or outbound).
• Give direction to Forklift Operators or Warehouse Associates to move resources.
• Coordinate with fleet dispatch on schedule changes and cancellations.
• May cover the Warehouse Supervisor in their absence; perform other duties as required.

Job Description

Executes the day to day work activities as directed by the supervisor. Responsible for positively communicating the directions of the supervisor, while leading by example in work efforts to ensure the work flow remains consistent with business needs. Will work with team members to promote and identify safety and continuous improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Under the direction of the Supervisor, provide leadership to the team through effective communications, coaching, appraising, and recognizing. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Continuously promotes safety. (accident review and improvement opportunities)
• Ensures that work is available for operators and completes tasks on time.
• Directs flow of material, either inbound or outbound.
• Gives direction to Forklift Operators or Warehouse Associates to move resources to available work.
• Coordinates with fleet dispatch on schedule changes, cancellations, etc.
• May cover in absence of Warehouse Supervisor when needed.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Requirements

This is a full time position working onsite in Greencastle, PA.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
