Job summary

Ruan is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage on-site operations in Locust Grove, GA. You will guide a team, communicate directions clearly, and model safety and continuous improvement. This role collaborates with dispatch and warehouse staff to maintain steady workflow.

The position starts Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with daily responsibilities including supervising activities, ensuring material flow, and coaching staff to meet company goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1-2 years in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to supervise staff and coach teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team with effective communications and coaching.
• Promote safety and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure materials flow and tasks are completed on time.
• Direct inbound/outbound material flow and coordinate with fleet dispatch.
• Assist in supervision during absence of Warehouse Supervisor.

The Warehouse Lead will work on-site in Locust Grove, GA

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 9:00A - 5:30P

Executes the day to day work activities as directed by the supervisor. Responsible for positively communicating the directions of the supervisor, while leading by example in work efforts to ensure the work flow remains consistent with business needs. Will work with team members to promote and identify safety and continuous improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Under the direction of the Supervisor, provide leadership to the team through effective communications, coaching, appraising, and recognizing. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Continuously promotes safety. (accident review and improvement opportunities)
• Ensures that work is available for operators and completes tasks on time.
• Directs flow of material, either inbound or outbound.
• Gives direction to Forklift Operators or Warehouse Associates to move resources to available work.
• Coordinates with fleet dispatch on schedule changes, cancellations, etc.
• May cover in absence of Warehouse Supervisor when needed.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
