Job summary

Snelling Staffing DFW seeks a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily manufacturing activities, including molding production and robotics staff. Ensure production stays on schedule, PPE compliance, and accurate employee scheduling and payroll processing.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and meticulous attention to equipment, safety, and process standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve in timely manner.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to perform under certain time frames.
  • Bi-lingual a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee schedules and shipments per production requirements.
  • Maintain all equipment, machines, and supplies.
  • Ensure PPE is worn at all times in required areas.
  • Keep forklift records and certifications up to date.
  • Approve employee weekly time for payroll.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean and organized.
  • Maintain tools, check in/out.
  • Apply OSHA standards in warehouse at all times.
  • Perform tasks as requested by managers.
  • Follow company policies and process write-ups for infractions.
  • Dust and sweep work areas daily.
  • Dispose office and warehouse trash in dumpsters; recycling sorted.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks by redistributing resources as needed.
  • Support training, coaching and team development in positive way.
  • Address personal concerns/behavior issues and administer corrective action when necessary.
  • Monitor production for consistent quality and ensure proper processes are followed.
  • Create and communicate daily reports of downtime, problems and issues to production managers/leaders.

Job Summary:

  • Maintain all equipment/machines/supplies

  • Must be able to be on feet for 10+ hours per day
