Composites One LLC in Goshen, Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to coordinate activities of warehouse staff, including drivers, to ensure safe, efficient receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
You will promote company values, support staff development, and help drive continuous improvement. The role offers opportunities for annual bonuses and profit sharing as the company grows.
Leads and coordinates activities of warehouse Team Members (including Drivers). This includes safety/risk management, receiving, transportation, warehouse, and equipment operations, all in accordance with established Company and regulatory policies and procedures. Adheres to and promotes Company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in a warehouse environment, including experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and pick/pack
Knowledge and understanding of FIFO, OSHA requirements, safety awareness, and hazardous material shipping
Supervisory experience
