Composites One L.L.C. seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to coordinate activities of warehouse staff and drivers. You will promote safety, manage risk, and ensure efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods in accordance with company policies.
You will support staffing, development, and performance of warehouse workers while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role includes driving a culture of teamwork and accuracy.
Leads and coordinates activities of warehouse Team Members (including Drivers). This includes safety/risk management, receiving, transportation, warehouse, and equipment operations, all in accordance with established Company and regulatory policies and procedures. Adheres to and promotes Company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in a warehouse environment, including experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and pick/pack
Knowledge and understanding of FIFO, OSHA requirements, safety awareness, and hazardous material shipping
Supervisory experience
