A Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead, you will lead the order fulfillment team, ensuring picking, packing, and outbound auditing are completed within client SLA’s. You will work with products from clients involved in active lifestyles.

Success in this role means

Engaging with teams, paying attention to detail, organizing effectively, motivating your team, and ensuring processes and KPIs are followed and met.

Schedule

Saturday - Wednesday, Saturday-Sunday 4:00am-12:30pm, Monday-Wednesday 5:00am-1:30pm.

Pay

$21.00/hour (including $1 shift differential).

Location

15101 Santa Ana Ave. #102 Fontana, CA 92337.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehousing/light industrial experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Approval from current supervisor/manager before applying.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be 18+ years old and in good standing.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and tolerate warehouse conditions.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train and cross-train team members.
• Lead order fulfillment tasks within SLA.
• Plan labor with supervisor based on forecasts.
• Perform warehouse duties: picking, packing, scanning, tagging.
• Follow safety and SOP protocols.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas.
