Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Folcroft to manage a small team and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping. You will train staff on new systems and ensure safe, efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 4 years of lead experience, forklift operation, and strong computer skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, with background and drug screening performed after an offer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train a team of 2-3 employees handling picking, packing, receiving, storage and shipping
• Train personnel on new shipping software
• Address any issues with equipment/software
• Responsible for proper placement, storage and movement of products in Folcroft warehouse
• Unload containers using forklift
• Receive incoming shipments and put away using WMS system (Scanco)

• Pay Rate: $21/HR
