Prism Specialties in Edmond, OK is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise packout and delivery crews on residential and commercial jobs, while maintaining inventory and staging in an organized manner. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour; this is a full-time role with hours varying by job volume, and occasional

Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse, moving, or packout experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds repeatedly.
  • Comfortable working in non-climate controlled conditions and post-peril environments.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and able to drive box truck.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise packout and delivery crews on residential and commercial jobs.
  • Assist with and coordinate on-site packouts of contents from losses (e.g., fire, flood, or other disasters).
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and warehouse management using company systems.
  • Organize staging, storage, loading, and delivery of restored contents.
  • Maintain professional customer relations on job sites when interacting with clients.
  • Support team members with related tasks and help train new crew members as needed.

A Day In The Life Of a Warehouse Lead
  • Lead and supervise packout and delivery crews on residential and commercial jobs
  • Assist with and coordinate on-site packouts of contents from locations affected by losses (e.g., fire, flood, or other disasters)
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and warehouse management using company systems
  • Organize staging, storage, loading, and delivery of restored contents
  • Maintain professional customer relations on job sites when interacting with clients
  • Support team members with related tasks and help train new crew members as needed
What We Are Looking For In You

  • Properly operate and care for company vehicles and equipment
  • Accurately document work and protect customer information
  • Gain experience across textiles, electronics, art, and packouts as the business grows

  • Ability to travel overnight when required
