Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, moving, or packout experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and able to drive box truck.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise packout and delivery crews on residential and commercial jobs.
• Assist with and coordinate on-site packouts of contents from locations affected by losses (e.g., fire, flood, or other disasters).
• Maintain accurate inventory control and warehouse management using company systems.
• Organize staging, storage, loading, and delivery of restored contents.
• Maintain professional customer relations on job sites when interacting with clients.
• Support team members with related tasks and help train new crew members as needed.
