Job summary

Prism Specialties of Oklahoma is seeking a Textile Restoration Technician to perform hands-on restoration of textiles affected by fire, water, or other losses. You will lead and train apprentices and oversee packouts and deliveries, while maintaining professional customer relations on site.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, driving a box truck, and passing a background check. It is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in non‑climate controlled conditions and post-peril environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

A Day in the Life of a Lead Textile Restoration Technician:

• Perform hands‑on restoration of textiles (garments, soft goods, and related contents) affected by fire, water, or other losses
• Lead and train apprentices as needed on proper textile handling, cleaning, and restoration techniques
• Lead packouts and deliveries of contents
• Maintain professional customer relations on job sites and during interactions with clients
• Assist with other restoration work (art, electronics, or related tasks) as needed

What We are Looking for in You:

• Accurately document work and protect customer information
• Gain experience across textiles, electronics, art, and packouts as the business grows

• Ability to travel overnight when required

This position is full‑time with hours that vary based on job volume.
