Job summary

Kuna-Food-Service is hiring a Warehouse Lead in East Peoria, IL. The role oversees inbound/outbound operations, leads order selectors and loaders, and ensures accurate picking, packing, loading and billing while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

Essential duties include training staff, scheduling, data input in WMS, and conducting audits. Strong leadership and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring and training new employees to meet company standards.

• Ensure safety per company policies and OSHA norms.
• Input accurate data into the warehouse management system and perform audits for accuracy.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and monitor outbound operations.

Job Title: Warehouse LeadFLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00Department: WarehouseReports To: Warehouse SupervisorThe Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Inbound/Outbound operation and other warehouse responsibilities, including leading and guiding the functions of the order selectors, loaders and other warehouse workers.
