Warehouse Lead

Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product onto trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions

  • Complete all essential functions of the Warehouse Associate position.
  • Lead a team of shipping and receiving members.
  • Manage communication flow to load finished products onto trailers.
  • Communicate instructions to equipment inside the warehouse.
  • Coordinate trailer loading locations.
  • Prepare documentation to issue purchase orders (Bill of Lading and invoice).
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and loading of finished products.
  • Review operator and carrier data in the Tracking Platform.
  • Maintain food safety practices and comply with SQF System requirements.
  • Report deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, or products.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor that are reasonable and safe.
