Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Canada is seeking a Warehouse Lead to lead the shipping and receiving team. You will manage the flow of finished products to loading trailers and ensure documentation is complete.

Warehouse Lead

Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions
  • Ability to complete all essential functions of the Warehouse Associate position
  • Leading a group of shipping and receiving team members
  • Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers
  • Communicate the instructions for the equipment inside the warehouse
  • Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded
  • Prepare the documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice)
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure on time and form the collection and / or loading of the finished product
  • Review operator and carrier line data in the Tracking Platform
  • Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained
  • Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products
  • Perform any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is asked to be done by a team member’s manager or supervisor
