Job Overview

A warehouse team lead is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of team members working on a project within an organization to ensure seamless operations.

• Monitor and evaluate worker performance on the ground and ensure work equipment availability.
• Oversee the welfare and productivity of all workers, playing a managerial role on the work site.
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment for all employees.
• Assist in hiring qualified workers with management approval and assign tasks based on specialization for optimal output.
• Assess worker performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and achieve warehouse goals.
• Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Day In The Life

• Assign and ensure timely completion of daily work-related tasks.
• Maintain records such as attendance and efficiency scores for management review and compensation purposes.
• Provide detailed performance feedback to workers, especially when expectations are not met, to facilitate improvement.
• Inspect work for shortages and damages, reporting findings to management for quick resolution.
• Keep accurate records of performance and ensure timely, complete payments without victimization.
• Conduct stock inventory in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and avoiding discrepancies.
