Job summary

PROMAN Staffing is partnering with a leading direct-to-consumer order fulfillment company to hire a Warehouse Lead in Arizona. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $20-$22 per hour.

In person work location is required to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure on-time order fulfillment. You will lead and train warehouse staff, monitor inventory accuracy, and drive KPIs to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time order fulfillment.
• Assign, train, and support warehouse associates in receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
• Monitor inventory control processes and maintain accuracy to meet quality and audit requirements.
• Analyze and manage operational KPIs to drive team performance and continuous improvement.
• Foster a safe, organized, and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

We are hiring for Warehouse Lead.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/HR

Warehouse Lead Summary:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time order fulfillment.
• Assign, train, and support warehouse associates in receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
• Monitor inventory control processes and maintain accuracy to meet quality and audit requirements.

Warehouse Lead Requirements:

• 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL experience, with demonstrated leadership or team coordination responsibilities.
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Experience operating material handling equipment, including stand-up forklifts, counterbalance forklifts, and cherry/order pickers.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse safety practices, and quality standards to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
