Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the United States to support receiving/unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility. You will work alone or with teams, coordinating with customer staff and delivery personnel to maintain smooth workflow and meet expectations.

1st Shift: 6:00am- finish

3rd Shift: 9:00pm-finish

Schedule set at time of hire

$840-$880/ paid weekly

• Pre-Shift meetings
• Stretching exercises before each shift.
• Safety observations

• Plus all the yard marshalling duties

You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
