Job summary

Halperns' Steak & Seafood in Walton, KY is seeking a Warehouse Lead to drive daily production goals within our meat and seafood processing environment. This role focuses on overseeing Pork and Beef lines, ensuring correct material usage, and maintaining high efficiency.

You will supervise material scanning, PPE compliance, and collaboration with the Production Manager to address staffing needs while upholding all policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of USDA production leadership experience.
• Proficient in yield management
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manages Pork and Beef line and monitors raw material to cut shop to ensure correct usage.
• Ensures all raw material employees are properly scanning boxes and using proper PPE.
• Communicates with Production Manager on staffing needs.
• Works with peers to ensure production flow remains efficient.
• Enforces company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
